XtreMe PCR is software that allows you to control your XMPCR from your Windows based computer.  To use XtreMe PCR, you need the following:

• An XMPCR device attached to your computer You can buy one here at myradiostore.us, either with the standard connections, or the TOSLink Optical Out modification. I can't recommend the TOSLink version any more highly -- If you have a sound system or sound card cable of the optical/digital interface, it is well worth the additional money for this XMPCR for the stunning sound improvement.

• An XM Satellite Radio Subscription

• Windows 98 or higher (Windows 95 and Windows NT4 is not supported)

• USB to Serial Drivers installed for your PCR

• Download the XtreMe PCR software, install, and enjoy!

 
XtreMe PCR has many features not available in the 'stock' XMPCR software, as well as many improvements on the stock features.  Some of these include:
